Purchasing or Selling, we offer a fixed-fee Spanish Conveyancing service completely independent of your estate agent and you will benefit from our attention to detail, our honest approach and comprehensive checks to ensure that you don't worry about the possible many problems with your legal title, unpaid debts or unpaid taxes (linked to the property title).

Please note: From experience we would NEVER recommend that you accept an offer for free Conveyancing from anyone... there are always drawbacks or catches, although you may not find out the painful (and expensive) truth until after you have bought or sold.

We charge a reasonable fee for a very thorough, time consuming and complex process (if undertaken correctly).  Never believe any person that tells you that a Lawyer is not needed to deal with property in Spain. It's not a legal requirement in the UK either but you wouldn't buy or sell a property in the UK without a Lawyer and it is much more complicated in Spain (and not undertaken from the comfort of a desk).
